Job description:

  • you will give first line support to customers and dealers
  • after investigating you will log the problem in the ticketing system
  • you will solve as many problems as you can but you are supported by a second line support
  • progress and solutions are also logged in the ticketing system
  • you grow into a specialist in your business

Profile:

  • an IT background in Telematics / Informatics / Elektronics / Multimedia and Communicationtechnology is an advantage
  • you have a relevant working experience

  • no 9 to 5 attitude
  • languages: German and Spanish
